• These details such as how many bedrooms, bathrooms, do we want in-unit laundry, do we need a dishwasher, what neighborhoods do we want to live in, do we need parking, do we want to live near public transportation, are all great things to think about before making a decision on a rental.

• Using the advanced technology of Compass Collections I will be able to generate a custom search based on those key details that we discuss in our meeting. Every rental listings that matches our search criteria will be automatically moved into to a folder which you can view on your phone, computer, or tablet. Here you will be also able to like, dislike, and comment on rental units that I send to you allowing feedback to alter my search if necessary.

• This folder also automatically updates when new listings that match our search criteria pop up on the market, so you will always be the first to know when a new listing gets posted that meets your needs.

• If you want to go see an apartment you are interested in, you can easily request a showing and I will take care of setting up the appointment for you.

• When you decide to apply for an apartment, I use the great resources at Compass to quickly prepare applications and I send them out to be virtually signed. This allows us to streamline the application process making it quicker and easier to send out our applications. This process saves a lot of time, and allows us to be first when applying for rentals in this competitive market.

• If and when the landlord accepts your application, all you have to do is sign the lease, make the deposit if necessary, and you got your new place in Boston!
